This policy explains what happens to the data you leave on the Mantovani Horses investment page (mantovanihorses.com/investors) and in the application form.
Who is responsible
The company responsible for your data is TM Horses, the company behind the Mantovani Horses brand. For any request about your data, write to commercial@mantovanihorses.com.
What data we collect
- What you answer in the form: goal, model of interest, allocation range, time horizon, how you invest, country, name, WhatsApp, email and the optional message.
- Where your visit came from: the campaign link that brought you (UTM parameters and Meta and Google click identifiers), the previous page, the time of submission and the browser used.
- How you browsed this page, through the Meta Pixel: the pages you opened and whether you saw, started or submitted the form. The pixel uses cookies in your browser. When you submit the form, it also sends Meta your email, phone, name and country in encoded form (hash), so Meta can recognize whether you have a Facebook or Instagram account. Your answers about allocation range and time horizon are not sent to Meta.
What we use it for
- To answer your application and schedule the conversation with the desk.
- To understand whether your profile fits any of the models presented on the page.
- To measure which ads bring applications and to show Mantovani Horses ads to people who visited this page.
We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): receives the pixel data, to measure and target ads.
- Web3Forms: the service that delivers the form to our email.
- Cloudflare: hosts the page.
- GROUND Capital SCR, S.A., the management company of the Piaffe I fund: only if you choose to move forward with the fund, and only what is needed for that.
These services may store data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer your application and follow up on the conversation. After that, only what the law requires us to keep. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or ask us to stop using it for advertising. Just write to commercial@mantovanihorses.com.
To stop seeing ads linked to this visit, adjust the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account, or block tracking in your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
